Pure with an addictive flare, she embodies the signs of Hebe. Her concepts and thoughts are strong and powerful yet she caters to those who mean the most to her. She bears the nectar used to serve her counterparts, sharing the ever flowing fountain of youth.

Her flowers bloom and confidence rise with the days sun, apricating while sharing her source at the hands of her vessel. By the end of her days, her flowers still bloom as bright as the beginning ’til the end.

EASY VEGAN BANANA PANCAKES

The life of a soon to be vegetarian has its days but you know you’re getting close to vegetarian when your palette no longer likes the taste of turkey.

Finding and creating different meals has always been pretty easy for me but researching the simple things to substitute was a challenge. Playing around with food is all science and measurements. So I kept playing around with the pursuit pancakism.

My recipe consists of easy ingredients you should already have stored in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe Banana

1 cup almond milk or light coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup flour (1/2 c all purpose & 1/2 c rice flour)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbls Organic Sugar

2 tbls baking powder

1 tsp salt

Cooking spray to coat skillet

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mash ripe banana
  • Add milk and vanilla extract. Stir
  • Sift dry ingredients into liquids
  • Stir all ingredients until batter is smooth. (Batter will be thick)
  • Heat skillet to Med/High
  • Spray cooking oil. Pref. coconut oil
  • Pour batter in skillet. Cook until bubbles form then turn.

FASHION Friday ‘s with Crystal Noreiga

Her mind is on higher elevation. Reaching and striving for the greatness that’s within her soul. She starts with the emblem that protects her heart. She looks and stares as she knows where she’s going. For the new day has passed and actions speak for her existence.   The outer image of black and white doesn’t change the fact that she will conquer everything in her mind. For the mind is the greatest being to rule.  A sense of confidence reflects her image. You can tell because her eyes, reflection and posture changes.

Chronicles of Traveling

As much as I thought I would be able to stay committed to the 21 day health challenge my thoughts were incorrect.

I was dedicated and saw results within the first two weeks.  It kept me motivated until I got to my first destination. Since having to drive daily and not being able to have a kitchen to cook in, my food supply ran out.

However, I did make good choices without eating out. I ate boring salads except the day we went to Golden corral to eat dinner and I indulged in two rolls. There’s just no way to go to Golden corral and not eat one roll.

I have to say that my smoothies came in handy! They kept me afloat and it allowed me to make overall healthy choices.

I also worked out a bit. From Kileen to Dallas. I rode the stationary bike outdoors which had me in sweats. From weight training to running, my overall vacation was steady but bit as hard as I usually push myself.

Dallas was filled with family laughter, visiting friends, driving and fun. Some visitations turned into work and some relaxation time turned into funny moments.

Then this came from my visit with powerhouse executive from Front House Management PR, Karen Michelle.

I figured, if I couldn’t stick with my 21 Day Health challenge while on vacation,

then I would at least focus in working out. So I tagged along with a friend for Camp Gladiator (CG). The warm up was intense but the moves were gladiator esq. there was a woman who had a 3 week old and was ahead of everyone. I was in awe of her but The dedication and commitment she had to keep going amazed me. She’s definitely a fitness gladiator and epitomizes the slogan of Go Hard, You are strong.

For all the inner gladiators, go hard, go strong, and keep moving. Don’t let doubts hinder you from achieving goals.

And then there was brunch.

Effortless girl talk with Karen Michelle and Vanna Collins made the experience easy breezy. Factory Glam and LADASKA MECHELLE  gave away some things and people loved it.

The fashion presentation was two thumbs up with pieces from my collection and jewelry from Trudi Bell.

Family and friends enjoyed brunch from Jorge’s Tex Mex Cafe’ at One Arts Plaza in Dallas. The waterfall was streaming, the sun was shining and good people came together to support.

And it ended with Willie Johnson keeping his word to show his support and Karen and I doing an interview for her podcast on The O TV. Thank you to everyone that came out before we left.
