This year, I went on a more alkaline lifestyle. I found a doctor by the name of Dr. Sebi. He has cured many ailments that exist today since the 1980’s. He has stated that the common issue with every ailment like Aids, Cancer, Diabetes, Blindness is mucus.
Through research, he found foods and herbs that heal the body and keeps it alkaline and electric through researching the ph levels in foods.
I decided to create some simple yet complex food recipes to help us break down the lists of alkaline foods for healing and nurturing the body before slave diets played a huge role in the everyday food intake.
Below, you will find a morning Apple and Lime Alkaline drink. Because I like my water crisp and tart, I only add a small amount of Agave nectar for a hint of sweetness.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz water
1/2 Apple
1/2 Lime or 2 key Limes
1 Tbls Agave Nectar (sweetness)
DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for approximately 2 minutes.
