14 Day Detox Book

EAT Like You're Naked COVER-A

Hi,

My name is LaDaska, I’m a fashion designer and I write this blog called, FOOD Junkie 21 where I share my healthy recipes and fashion concepts through story telling. My passion for food and health brought me to write this book! After giving birth to three children and having five pregnancies, my body changed dramatically. I was close to 300lbs after having my third child. I was unhappy and felt depressed, maybe post partum depression. I was at a weight that I had never seen. I never wanted to leave my home. I was hesitant to go out and meet new people because I was not happy with my weight. But when I was tired of being cramped inside my home and my knees hurting from my weight, I wanted to change my life. So I started changing my diet which led me to change my life.  Hopefully, this detox book can help you whether you’re just beginning or a seasoned body cleanser.

To purchase EAT Like You’re NAKED…14 Day Detox, it is available on my website at http://www.ladaskamechelle.com/#!product-page/c6np/39f8c81e-40d6-9702-80b2-2207ac6a1ae8

FASHION FRIDAY-Emily Eckert

Emily Eckert 4
Industrial in her thoughts, she stands on the edge of her platform visualizing the concepts of her dreams. Looking North, she receives confirmation from the creative being that exists. Powerful in her stance, the clouds meets the imagination of overflowing streams. Visualizing her future, she foresees emulation but she knows her destiny is to ascend to great heights by using her voice to move clouds for the sun to shine.
Emily Eckert
She looks down to confirm reality and as she puts thoughts into motion, she dissimilates her appearance to use her voice to change. Zealous in her actions, she’s eager yet patient to bring her visions to those who seek elation.

Flattering in her walk, she pursues nobility. With every step of grace, steel flats bounce back against her feet, making noise as she descends to where her goals lay to be grasped by the antiquity of ingenuity.

Pure essence composes her body to breathe. Substance of energy infuses her to open to life and then freedom envelopes her mind and soul. Symbols of deliverance, exempts her from the quarrels of deliberation as she no longer has to think cautiously of each step she takes. With no signs of contention, she knows it is time for peace and tranquility to absolve any thoughts of hindrance.

When the clouds path opens, The manifestation of unencumbered skies allows her to lead her retinue of followers fearlessly to cleaned pathways. With full passion, her course of action is guided from above but her devotion from the notion of having the privilege to be first to step, gives her the common sanctity of leadership.

Pear & Wild Rice

For months I’ve been experimenting with various alkaline foods from the Dr. Sebi approved list of ingredients and concocted this new side dish that can be eaten by itself but I truly think that this would be great as a stuffing during the “holiday” season for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters alike.

Give it a try and tell me your thoughts.

Recipe:
1 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 pear sliced
1/4 bell pepper diced
5 mushrooms sliced
3 tbls chopped cilantro
2 key limes-juice

Seasonings:
1/2 tbls Sea salt
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp basil

DIRECTIONS:

Cook wild rice as directed or in a rice cooker. (one part rice, four parts water)

Cook Quinoa as directed

Chop and slice all vegetables and fruit.

In a skillet, add grapeseed or Avocado oil and add bell pepper and mushroom.

Add Wild rice and quinoa  and stir approximately 1 minute.

Add spices, chopped cilantro, and key lime juice. Stir continuously until pear start to sweat.

ENJOY!

FASHION FRIDAY-Assuan & the Temple of Auset

unspecifiedTQWELKN8She stands before them, unwilling to surrender. Abundant with everlasting love, she’s loyal to her past, so she stands within their acknowledgement knowing that she too belongs.

unspecifiedHer certainty remains secret but there are no bounds to her loyalty. As she IS who was destined to lay on the tomb of thrones of her village of ancestors.

SaaHer regal bearings allows her to travel subconsciously. Sacred with the pillars that remain aligned to the suns’ comings. Magic happens at the Temple of Philae and Auset (Isis) is the principle of all existence in Assuan (Aswan).

unspecifiedSaaHonored with her distinctive rights and true name, she walks outside of her temple knowing that her practices live within and surrounds her with the highest metals of gold that exists on the body of earth.

As she cherishes everything about her past, the illumination by the sons of rays reveals her divinization of alchemy which brings her closer to her birthplace. Her interaction with nature, and humanity’s attempts to harness the power of life internal and external is the epitome of the deep and abiding relationship with those who know her.

unspecifiedTQWELKN9Ancient and authentic, the shadows of Ethiopians and Africans pasts, surrounds her flesh as they know the Lady of Ten Thousand Names. Nubia, the ancient kingdom of Kush is where she is most known and where the Blymmeyes continue to worship her at Philae.

Saa-Pyramid

And even when she travels south of the Nile, she prays and all energies from the pyramids graces her presence with spiritual guidance and evolution of the rich blackness from the heavens.
